Because tax lien auctions are held whenever municipalities choose, they may take place at any time during the course of a year, and may vary from one year to the next. That's why all of our subscription plans are for one full year from the date you register so that you are able to get the tax lien auction information for every municipality you are interested in, in any given year. To make things even easier, both plans also enable you to receive automatic email notifications of upcoming tax lien auctions with no additional charge.

COUNTY PLAN:

For tax lien auctions to all of the municipalities in any county of your choice, the Subscription is $50 for twelve months of unlimited access to every municipality in that County.

STATE PLAN:

For tax lien auctions to all 566 municipalities in New Jersey, the Subscription is $150 for twelve months of unlimited access to every municipality in New Jersey.
